For many of our clients, a home and a job are the ultimate goal. But people who are in recovery and ready to move on with their lives often face multiple barriers that can prevent them from taking the final steps to independent living.
Our Education, Training & Employment (ETE) services support people to develop their confidence and gain vital skills and experience so that they can find sustainable employment.
Our Peer mentoring service supports our clients on their journey, while also helping individuals develop skills and knowledge in preparation for employment.
We also work in partnership with private landlords across London to support people into private sector accommodation and ensure that they can maintain their tenancies.
Moving into private sector accommodation and maintaining your own tenancy is a big step. In the past year we have supported more than 160 people to live independently.
Our recovery services have a successful track record in helping clients who are in recovery from substance misuse to move into education, training and employment.
Peers Mentors - people with direct personal experience of the issues that affect our clients - are at the heart of our services.
