Who we are Nicky Boland Nicky has worked in adult social care for over 25 years and joined SHP’s board as part of the merger of ELMS mental health charity into SHP in 2020. Nicky works for a London based housing association with a dual role of Director of Supported Housing and CEO of the care and support charity with the group. Previously Nicky has held senior management roles overseeing supported housing services, registered care, quality assurance, business development and volunteering services.
