At our staff conference on 6 March, we'll be celebrating the commitment and achievements of SHP staff by highlighting examples of outstanding work from across the organisation in our 2018 Staff Awards.

Entrants for the Awards will be nominated entirely by staff, so this is your chance to put forward a colleague who you think embodies SHP’s values.

Nominations can be made by any staff member and you can nominate someone in your own team or someone in another team. There is no limit to the number of applications you can make and applications can come from a single person or from a number of people combining to make one nomination.

There will be six awards across four categories. A Judging Panel - consisting of one Board member, one EMT member, one Assistant Director, one Peer Mentor or client, one Service Manager, one floating support staff member, one accommodation-based staff member and one central services staff member - will shortlist three nominees for each Award, from which a winner will be chosen.

Six award winners will receive vouchers to the value of £75, with £50 to the 12 runners up.
