We’d like to update you on a few ways that we are streamlining how we work in order to better support staff with their communications needs.

Comms Support Request Form

The Communications team has launched a new way for staff to request Communications support or materials using Inform.

To request support - whether it’s an event, publication or marketing materials – log in to Inform and complete this simple online form. This will help you to think through your requirements and ensure we have the right information from the outset so that we can support you as efficiently as possible. Your request will be logged and you will be notified as to when you can expect the work to be delivered.

As ever, the more notice you provide the more effectively we can support you - so if you have any Comms support requirements coming up, why not log your request now?

BrandStencil is a new way for staff to design their own on-brand SHP communications materials via an easy to use online design tool.  No training or design skills are necessary.  Using adaptable drag-and-drop templates, staff will be able to design their own simple posters, leaflets and flyers within the SHP brand, with the freedom to choose their own variations such as images. The materials staff create will be reviewed and signed off by the Comms team and can be printed either locally or professionally on request.  For more sophisticated branded materials, please raise a design request using the new Inform request form.

The software is based on individual user licenses and requires a unique log in. As these are limited in number, we will assign logins to designated users from across our offices and services. Our BrandStencil account is now live, but there will be a testing period to trial the software.

If you would like to be registered as a designated user, please notify Alexander Green on [email protected]

Comms folder

We have updated the public folder containing Communications resources that staff may need in their daily work.

Resources for staff include:
