The ROC Team’s focus is the inclusion, participation and empowerment of people who have been marginalised and excluded. It creates accessible learning and social activities, meaningful opportunities and a range of group work. These include everything from smoothie making and cooking, to current affairs discussion and use of community resources and networks, to Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed learning and Hearing Voices groups.

The co-ordinators support the local services in which they are based, working jointly with Opportunities colleagues and supporting SHP in the use of group work, client co-production and the development of an SHP Archive, bringing client voices to the fore through peer-led research.
