Jon Rosser, Chair Expand Jon is Chief Executive at World Child Cancer and has 20 years’ experience as a senior executive, including two Chief Executive roles and three roles as a Board Chair. Jon spent many years working in social housing, starting his career as a Housing Officer in Lambeth and progressing to a number of executive and non-executive leadership roles in the sector, including eight years as the Chair of Gateway Housing Association. In recent years he has worked extensively in the international development field, including senior roles at VSO and Save The Children. Jon has been Chair of Trustees at SHP since October 2019.
Mark Fell Expand Mark is a barrister at Radcliffe Chambers, a leading London chancery and commercial set. Since being called to the Bar in 2004, Mark's practice has revolved around work for financial institutions, central government and regulators, with a particular specialism in financial services regulation. Mark was recently appointed to the Attorney General's A Panel of counsel who deal with the most complex government legal cases. Since joining SHP’s Board of Trustees in 2015, Mark has focused on risk management and the charity's approach to litigation. He is a member of the Finance Sub-committee.
Cristina Martinez Fernandez Expand Cristina is a certified accountant with experience in both internal and external audit functions. Prior to her role at Citi as Senior Audit Manager for Finance function, Cristina held a senior role at Deloitte. With over 10 years of experience in financial services industry, Cristina brings to SHP her expertise in finance, governance and controls.
Peter Brogden Expand Peter is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in Management Sciences. He retired from full time employment in February 2020 after a career in financial management within multi-national groups spanning a variety of industrial and commercial sectors. For the last 12 years he was UK Finance Director and Company Secretary for a global public transport provider. He is married to Ruth, a chiropodist, and they have four children, all now adults.
Nicky Boland Expand Nicky has worked in adult social care for over 20 years and joined SHP’s board following the merger of ELMS mental health charity into SHP in 2020. Nicky is currently the Director of Business Development for a London based charity, predominantly supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. Previously Nicky has held roles managing supported housing services and registered care, quality assurance and volunteering services.
