Peer Review Pilots

In June 2011, a revised approach to Peer-to-Peer surveying was conducted as a pilot project.

This involved evaluating 11 services through a series of approximately 20 questions themed as:

  • Support
  • Safeguarding
  • Outcomes
  • Equality & Diversity and Choice
  • Control & Influence

The aim of the pilot was to develop a method to assist SHP to gain insight into client perspectives on the way in which the organisation delivers and manages services, to find out about their personal experience and to seek views about how improvements could be achieved.
