Jonathan Senker - Chair
Jonathan has worked in the development and delivery of social care, including piloting care management and service brokerage in the UK. Since 1998, Jonathan has been the Director of a leading independent advocacy organisation, providing services to people with learning and physical disabilities, older people and people with mental health needs in South London and Surrey. Jonathan was awarded an MA in the Management of Community Care in 1997.

Andrew Downes - Treasurer
Andrew has 12 years experience in the practice of Chartered Accountancy and is a partner in a large accountancy firm. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), holder of ICAEW Practising Certificate and a Recognised Responsible Individual for Audit Work.

Nicola Byrne
Nicola is a consultant psychiatrist in the NHS, based at the Maudsley Hospital in South London. She works with both an adult mental health ward at the hospital and a Community Mental Health Team in Lambeth. Through her work she has extensive experience of working with vulnerable people who have complex support needs, which often include difficulties sustaining housing tenancies.

Mark Ferry
Mark is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  He works as the HR Director of a large voluntary sector provider of care homes and supported living services for people with learning disabilities.  He also has substantial experience of HR having worked for a housing association, the NHS and the civil service.

David Kingsmill
David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He works in financial management in the corporate sector and is FD of a number of companies. He also has substantial experience of financial management in the voluntary sector including being treasurer of Oxfam and the National Autistic Society, as well as long term interest in the housing sector.

Debbie Hammond
Debbie has worked in the homelessness/supported housing sector for over 20 years. She has experience of working with a range of client groups, developing new services and managing at a senior level. She currently works for a large RSL managing services for people with mental health problems and for older vulnerable people.

Anna Clark
Anna is a partner in the social housng department of Winckworth Sherwood, specialist social housing lawyers and one of the leading firms in the UK for this type of law. Anna qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has 6 years experience of social housing law in England, particularly in the fields of housing management, governance and finance. She advises many registered social landlords on a wide range of issues, including matters relating to supported housing.

Paul Aladenika
Paul was an employee of Single Homeless Project from 1997 to 2000. Following this, he went on to work in local government for an Inner London council, where he gained experience working on various performance related agendas including: best value review and service quality assessment. Paul remains in local government, where he now leads on policy and strategic development in areas such service and financial planning, public sector efficiency, local public service agreement and local area agreement.
